Fisrt, I usually try to not make any noise during eating time, because I think making noise while eating is not good to see and also it's not good mannar. Moreover talking while chewing some foods also doesn't look good. Secondly, when I eat meal with my family, I try to just focus on my meal. Like just focus on family time. Try to not watching something or phone with someone. Lastly, I don't leave the table until everyone finish eating.
