I have a favorite person in particular. The person's name is Namhee-Cho. I met her 8 years ago in my first hospital as a practical nurse(AN).
These sentences are correct. However, do you mean PN for Practical Nurse?
I have a favorite person. Her name is Namhee-Cho. I met her 8 years ago in a hospital I first worked at as a practical nurse (PN).

She also working  as a career AN there.

She was also working as a career PN there.

Add 'was' to indicate the past situation.

She was pretty, cheerful and skillful.

She was pretty, cheerful, and skillful.

Add a comma (,) before 'and' when you're listing more than three things.

I has been considered care and taken  instruction very very much from her.

I have been considered carefully and have taken a lot of instructions from her.

"Have been" is used for first- and second-person singular and all plural uses.
Have + Past participle: "have been" and "have taken"

Thanks to her, I could settled in there.

Thanks to her, I could settle in there.

"Could" is the past tense of "can", so use the base form of your next verb, "settle" to avoid double past usage or redundancy.

So I am as AN and nursing student now.

So, I'm a PN and a nursing student now.

You need to be clear. I think you mean PN for the practical nurse.

Now  She and I are good friends and I will be together forever.

Now, she and I are good friends and will be together forever.

Add comma (,) after "now". Don't capitalize "she" unless you started your sentence with it.
